Kirsten Idebøen appointed ”Pan SOL” CEO, Published 01/12/1999 08:19:00

The Board of SOL has appointed Kirsten Idebøen (36) as CEO in the new company ”Pan SOL” from 1st January 2000. The Group Management team will be located in Stockholm.

Idebøen now comes from the position as acting managing director and editor-in-chief for Scandinavia Online (SOL) Norge AS. She has formerly held positions as Deputy Managing Director in Aftenposten, Executive Vice President in A-Pressen and CFO in Elkem.

Managing director and editor-in-chief Kristin Skogen Lund in SOL returns to her position from 1st January 2000.

Franco Fedeli will be suggested elected as member of the Board of Directors in ”Pan SOL”. He has previously held positions as CEO for Icon Medialab og Tele2.
